Shipping policy

This English translation is provided for convenience. The French version prevails.

Delivery in France: free

Delivery is free for every order delivered in France, with a tracking number.

Delivery time: 5 to 11 working days after your order is confirmed.

No additional charges will be requested from you on delivery.

Tracking your parcel

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. A parcel may contain only the items ordered, without a paper invoice; your invoice is available on request.

Other countries

For delivery outside France, the rate and availability are shown at checkout, before the order is confirmed.

Delay or problem

If your parcel has not arrived within the stated time, or if it arrives damaged, email us at novalya.entreprise@gmail.com with your order number (and photos if the parcel is damaged). We will find a solution quickly. If your order is not delivered within 30 days of ordering, you can cancel it and be refunded under the conditions set out in our Terms and Conditions of Sale (nidouillet.fr/en/pages/cgv).
