Refund policy
This English translation is provided for convenience. The French version prevails.
14 days to change your mind
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without having to give any reason.
How does it work?
- Let us know before this period ends by email at novalya.entreprise@gmail.com, quoting your order number. You can use the form below or any other clear statement.
- We will reply with the return address to use for your item.
- Send the product back no later than 14 days after notifying us.
Return costs are at your expense. The product must be returned complete, preferably in its original packaging. You may try it as you would in a shop; if there is wear or loss of value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to try it, you may be held liable.
Refund
We will refund all sums paid, including the initial delivery costs, no later than 14 days after being informed of your withdrawal. We may wait until we have received the product, or proof that it has been sent back, before refunding you. The refund is made using the same payment method as the one used for the order.
Faulty product or order error
If the product you receive is faulty, damaged or does not match your order, contact us with photos: replacement or refund is then free of charge for you, under the legal guarantee of conformity (see our Terms and Conditions of Sale (nidouillet.fr/en/pages/cgv)).
