Delivery is free for every order delivered in France, with a tracking number.
Delivery time: 5 to 11 working days after your order is confirmed.
You will not be asked to pay any extra charges on delivery.
Tracking your parcel
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number. Your parcel contains only the items ordered, without a paper invoice; your invoice is available on request.
Other countries
We currently deliver to metropolitan France only.
Delay or problem
If your parcel has not arrived within the stated time, or arrives damaged, write to us at contact@nidouillet.fr with your order number (and photos if the parcel is damaged). We will quickly find a solution. If your order is not delivered within 30 days, you can cancel it and get a refund under the conditions set out in our terms of sale.
