14 days to change your mind
You have 14 days from delivery of your order to withdraw, without giving any reason.
How to do it
- Let us know before this period ends by email at contact@nidouillet.fr, with your order number. You can use the form below or any other clear statement.
- We reply with the return address to use for your item.
- Send the product back no later than 14 days after telling us.
Return costs are paid by you. The product must be returned complete, preferably in its original packaging. You may try it as you would in a shop; if it is worn or loses value because it was used beyond what is needed to try it, you may be held liable.
Refund
We refund all amounts paid, including the original delivery costs, no later than 14 days after being informed of your withdrawal. We may wait until we have received the product, or proof that it has been sent, before refunding. The refund is made with the same payment method used for the order.
Faulty product or wrong order
If the product you receive is faulty, damaged or does not match your order, contact us with photos: replacement or refund is then free of charge for you, under the legal guarantee of conformity (see our terms of sale).
